AD21060  JD 1890 No-Till Drill Scraper

John Deere Limited of Australia was faced with some adverse soil conditions. Extremely sticky soils were causing problems with

performance of the depth wheel on their planting equipment. They came to Air Design of Scobey, MT looking for a solution.

Air Design developed the AD21060 for the single disk no till machines and found phenomenal success! This scraper solved the problems

of damaged depth wheels and material build up, while increasing the wear life of the equipment.

On the heels of the AD21060 proving to the Australian market its effectiveness.  Air Design was approached by Manitoba area farmers using

Anhydrous Ammonia as fertilizer and causing freeze build up on the disks. The AD21060 was tested and proved again in this setting

by easily removing the freeze build up, and eliminating unnecessary wear and tear.

Tested and proven under intense farming conditions Air Design is introducing the AD21060 to the U.S. market for the 2006 season.
